1.) Competitive Market Analysis (CMA) We will provide you with a CMA, so you can see what has sold in the last six months and what is currently available for sale. This will help establish a marketable price for your property. This will enable us to determine the most effective list price for your home, and to sell it quickly, at the highest price. Properties that are priced correctly usually sell faster and at a higher price than overpriced ones

2.) Upfront home inspection is available to or our sellers. Sellers who have a home inspection upfront have a better understanding of the condition of their home and are better prepared for a negotiation. It helps identify any major problems that could potentially affect a sale.

3.) Proper staging and optimal property conditions are essential when selling your home to achieve the highest possible price. We will give you specific guidance on how to prepare your home for showings

4.) Digital Photography & Virtual Tours We hire professional photographers that will take between 30-40 digital photos on the interior and the exterior of your home. These photos are used to promote your home in the MLS listing, internet, emails, flyers, and mailers.

5.) Lockbox We will determine a location to place lockbox, so agents have easy access to the home. A lockbox on the property creates 40% more showings, and more activity means faster results.

6.) For Sale Yard Sign A sign will be placed at the property with Walt and Dayna’s cell phone information. These signs generate buyer calls.
